Debtorinfo Limited holds information on a secure database that records the payment habits and trends of individuals and business and assigns credit ratings. Each and every entry on your file will be advised to you in writing along with your current credit rating. If you have had no correspondence from us we will be holding no information about you on our database. When you get correspondence from us and you dispute an entry you must contact us immediately so that your file can be restored until the matter has been resolved.

The only information on our database is your name, address details, your payment habits and trends, and your credit rating - nothing else. This is only shared with credit providers, that is people you have asked to send you an account rather than pay cash for goods or services requested, as per the guidelines set down by the Privacy Commissioner. No other individuals or agencies can access or share our database. Information that is five years old is erased.
